Top Luxury Wedding Planners Jaipur: What to Expect from Studio Eventz

What Actually Happens When You Hire Studio Eventz

Luxury wedding planner gets used loosely enough that it's worth being specific about what we actually do, in what order, and with what team on the ground. We're based in Jaipur, we plan weddings across Rajasthan and internationally, and our process is built around one belief: a wedding should feel effortless for the couple and their families precisely because an enormous amount of effort has already happened before the guests arrive.

# How the Engagement Starts

Every project begins with a discovery call, not a sales pitch, a genuine conversation about guest count, budget range, must-have rituals, and the two or three things that would make the couple feel the wedding was truly theirs. From there we typically propose two or three venue options matched to that brief, and where possible, arrange an in-person site visit. We've executed weddings at properties including Fairmont Jaipur, The Leela Palace Jaipur, Taj Amer Jaipur, and Jai Mahal Palace in Jaipur, as well as Taj Lalit Bagh in Udaipur, so our venue recommendations come from having actually run events inside these spaces, not just toured them.

# Our Planning Timeline

  • 12-18 months out: Venue lock, budget architecture, and a save-the-date sent to guests who need visa or long-haul flight lead time.
  • 8-10 months out: Vendor contracts finalized, decor, catering, photography, entertainment, plus the first full design mood board presented to the couple.
  • 4-6 months out: Trousseau, invitations, and guest logistics, block room bookings, transport plans, locked in.
  • 6-8 weeks out: A full run-of-show document is built and shared with every vendor, down to fifteen-minute increments across all event days.
  • Final week: Our on-ground execution team, typically eight to fourteen people depending on guest count, arrives at the venue two to three days before the first event to oversee setup.
  • # What's Included, Plainly

  • Venue sourcing and negotiation: We shortlist based on your actual brief, not our shortest list of contacts, and negotiate room blocks and F&B minimums on your behalf.
  • Design direction: A cohesive visual language across every event, not five disconnected themes — we produce full mood boards and 3D mandap renders before anything is built.
  • Vendor management: A single point of contact for every category, so you're never chasing five different WhatsApp threads to confirm a florist's delivery time.
  • On-site execution: Our team runs the show floor on the actual days, so the couple's family is a guest at the wedding, not the crisis manager.
  • Guest experience: Airport transfers, welcome hospitality, and daily itinerary briefings for out-of-town guests.
  • # What to Ask Any Planner Before You Sign

  • Who is physically on-site on the wedding day, and how many of them? A planner who oversees remotely is a different service than one running a floor team.
  • Is the fee a flat retainer or a percentage of vendor spend? Percentage-based fees can quietly incentivize a planner to spend more of your budget, not less — ask directly.
  • Can I see a full run-of-show from a past wedding? A real planner will have one ready; a not-yet-established one won't.
